Seed Yoga
A PLACE FOR YOU TO BLOOM,
A PLACE FOR YOU TO GROW
Offerings
Classes range 30, 45, and 60 minutes in length, and are offered virtually and in-person.
Hatha Yoga
A class that focuses heavily on balance, strength, flexibility, alignment, and breath. You can expect a similar sequence, with subtle changes, throughout each hatha class. This class is great for beginners and experienced students.
Gentle Yoga
A slower class, with longer holds, and gentler movements. Gentle yoga is ideal for calming the nervous system and releasing tension, and is often mixed with meditation. A great class for everyone, but especially for beginners.
Restorative Yoga
Known for its healing effects, restorative yoga is meant to make you feel rested and restored. This class encourages mental, physical, and emotional relaxation, and uses an abundance of props. This class is great for everyone.
Yin
A class filled with passive floor poses, that are held for 1-5 minutes each. Yin yoga targets the deeper tissue in your body, and incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine. This class can be viewed as meditative, and is suitable for everyone.
Chair Yoga
A gentle, accessible practice perfect for anyone looking for a supportive way to move. Chair yoga offers all the benefits of yoga (stretching, strengthening, breath awareness, and relaxation) with the stability of a chair. This class is great for workplaces, wellness retreats, community groups, or anyone wanting a grounded, low-impact practice.
Virtual Yoga
Virtual classes are simply online versions of the styles you see here (Gentle, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, etc) just brought to your own space. All you need is a bit of space, your mat, and any other props you want to incorporate (blocks, blankets, pillows).
Yoga Events
These offerings combine movement, connection, and creativity in unique and inspiring ways. From sunset yoga to yoga and journaling, yoga and hikes, or yoga and beach bonfires, each experience is designed to help you move, breathe, and connect, whether with yourself, your community, or the activities we explore together. Playful, grounding, and refreshing, these events offer something beyond a typical class.
Prenatal Yoga
A gentle and supportive class that’s designed for expecting parents at any stage of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga focuses on breath, strength, mobility, and mindful movement to ease common pregnancy discomforts and prepare the body for birth. This class offers a nurturing space to connect with your changing body, your baby, and other parents-to-be
Little Seedlings (0-18 months)
A playful, connection-focused class for babies and their adults. Come as you are, with whatever chaos you’re currently carrying. We move, we breathe, we bounce, we feed, we soothe, we try to stretch, and we celebrate the small wins along the way. Perfect for pre-crawlers to early movers.
Little Sprouts (18m - 3 yrs)
A toddler & me class that is playful, and connection-focused for little movers and their grown-ups. We explore simple poses, songs, games, and sensory moments that help toddlers wiggle, stretch, and express themselves while parents enjoy meaningful bonding time. Come exactly as you are, with whatever energy your toddler brings.
*If your little one is between 12–18 months, you’re welcome to choose whichever class feels right. Little Seedlings if they prefer closeness and slower movement, or Little Sprouts if they’re active, walking, and love to explore.

UPCOMING CLASSES
Kind Words
“Practicing yoga with Ondreya has been such a gift. Her classes are truly inclusive and always make me feel welcomed and supported. After navigating postpartum and some health changes which caused me to stop practicing, this weekly class is something I genuinely look forward to now.”
— Rebecca P, student
“Seed Yoga with Ondreya is one of the highlights of my week. She has such great knowledge of the practice, both the poses and the principles. I really enjoy the range of classes and the different settings she offers, whether it’s outdoor yoga, candlelit yoga, or toddler yoga with my 3 year old (who also loves it!). Great for the body and even more so the mind.”
— Erin W, student
“To anyone on the fence about trying out yoga with Ondreya at Seed, make this be your sign to go for it! Whether you are a seasoned yogi or trying for the first time, Ondreya creates a welcoming space for all experience levels. Her calm and supportive instruction, paired with an inviting atmosphere in her home studio - it’s hard to not feel refreshed after any of her offered classes.”
-Katie N, student
“This past fall I attended a sunset yoga and beach bonfire session led by Ondreya that was truly magical. Practicing on the beach as the sun set, with a gentle breeze and the fire softly crackling in front of us, created such a peaceful and grounding atmosphere. The practice felt calm, intentional, and deeply nourishing. I left feeling refreshed in both body and soul.”
-Kristy D, student
“I started practicing with Seed yoga after the brith of my daughter. The baby yoga classes are so wonderful! They provide a comfortable, supportive and safe environment for me and baby to move and connect. My baby girl also loves to go to the classes as well. The practice is gentle and makes room for babies to be babies! Would recommend these classes to any new moms out there!”
— Amanda D, student
“Ondreya/Seed Yoga is without a doubt the best yoga class I’ve ever attended. It’s the most comfortable I’ve been in a space and if a class is missed, she graciously records and sends so you can complete it at home (huge, huge, bonus for a mom with three littles that have big feelings when I go for the evening right around bed time) her calming and welcoming presence is exactly what you’d want in an instructor! I highly recommend”
